A Report Concerning the Declarations of Integrity of Two Judges Has Been Considered

On April 28, 2026, at the session of the panel of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, a report was considered concerning information that may indicate inaccuracies (including incompleteness) in the statements made by judges in their declarations of integrity.

Based on the results of the session, the Commission took the following decisions:

To confirm the information regarding the inaccuracy (including incompleteness) of the statements made by the judge in the 2023 Declaration of Judicial Integrity.

To establish that there are no grounds for submission to the High Council of Justice regarding bringing the judge to disciplinary liability in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 107 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”
