Commission draws the attention of current judges and candidates who are undergoing selection or competition procedures for the position of judge to the annual obligation to submit declarations of persons authorised to perform functions of the state or local self-government, as well as family ties and integrity.
The declaration of a person authorised to perform state functions is completed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”. Therefore, providing official clarifications (in Ukrainian) on these issues is the exclusive prerogative of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
The rules for completing and submitting declarations of family ties and integrity can be found in the “Declarations” section on the Commission’s official website or at this link (in Ukrainian).
Please be reminded that the integrity declaration is submitted after the submission of the declaration of family ties and the declaration of a person authorised to perform state or local self-government functions.
Candidates participating in several procedures at the same time do not need to submit separate annual declarations of family ties and integrity for each of them, as the approved forms are universal and do not require the specification of a specific position.
