On August 26, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessement of six candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal were determined.

Please be reminded, that 29 candidates have applied to participate in the competition for 14 vacant positions of judges in Zhytomyr court of appeal.
A total of 26 candidates were interviewed: 12 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 8 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 6 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission.
