On March 10, 2026, at the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the panel conducted an interview and determined the results of the qualification assessment of Serhii Maslo, a candidate for the position of judge at the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
According to the results of the qualification assessment, Serhii Maslo scored 722,46 points. The panel decided to recognise the candidate as not having confirmed his ability to administer justice in the general court of appeal based on the criterion of personal competence.
Please be reminded that 93 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 45 vacant positions of judges in the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
In total, interviews were conducted with 26 candidates: 10 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice, 10 candidates failed to confirm it, and interviews with 6 candidates will be held in plenary session.
