On July 21, 2025, at the plenary session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of confirming the ability of three candidates for the position of judge to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal and three candidates in the commercial court of appeal was considered.
Based on the results of the session, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

In total, 66 candidates were interviewed in the competition for the administrative courts of appeal: 37 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal, 21 candidates did not confirm this ability and 8 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary session of the Commission.
In the competition for the commercial courts of appeal, interviews were conducted with 62 candidates: 32 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a commercial court of appeal, 17 candidates did not confirm this, and interviews with 13 candidates will be held in the plenary session of the Commission.
