On July 30, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the issue of secondment and early termination of secondment of judges with their simultaneous secondment was considered.
In connection with the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice on the one-year secondment of a judge of the Selydivskyi Town Court of Donetsk Oblast Nataliia Khatsko to the Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast.
The Commission also decided to submit a recommendation to the High Council of Justice on the early termination of the secondment of a judge of the Chernihivskyi Raion Court of Zaporizhzhia Oblast Anna Protsenko to the Kelmenetskyi Raion Court of Chernivtsi Oblast and her simultaneous secondment to the Smilianskyi City-Raion Court of Cherkasy Oblast for a period of one year.
