On April 29, 2026, the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered a proposal recommending the secondment of judges to other courts of the same level and specialisation for the administration of justice.
In connection with changes to the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit a proposal to the High Council of Justice recommending the secondment, for a period of one year, of Yuliia Bobrova, a judge of the Bilovodsk District Court of Luhansk Oblast to the Lychakivskyi District Court of Lviv City.
