Please be informed, that, by decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine No. 366/zp-24 dated December 11, 2024, a selection process for local court judges has been announced.
A total of 9,339 people submitted applications and documents to participate in the selection process.
A total of 8,432 people were admitted to the qualification exam.
A total of 7,939 people took the test on their knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood.
On July 25, 2025, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine decided to approve the coded and decoded results of the test on knowledge of the history of Ukrainian statehood, taken on July 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, July 23, and 24, 2025, as part of the qualification exam for candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court.
7,239 candidates for the position of local court judge and judges who have expressed their intention to be transferred to another local court, who successfully passed the test on the history of Ukrainian statehood, were admitted to the second stage of the qualification exam – testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialization of the relevant court (list available at the link in Ukrainian).
In the first stage of the qualification exam, 1,193 people were disqualified from the selection process.
